ArtsMagna - Pricing Offer
ArtsMagna is available for a small monthly fee covering the cost of lease of the Software + Updates + Support + Custom Modifications. Here is a simple explanation of our new pricing structure:
Once Off - Setup Fee
- Client/Server versions are subject to an Once Off - Setup fee. This varies in relation to the number of licenses required and covers the Client/Server database engine licenses.
Ongoing Monthly Fee
- Software Lease Only - This is our most basic option and it is only available on the Lite version. For a small monthly fee the user is entitled to the use of the software and to all the latest updates.
- Software Lease + Email Only Support - This is our most basic option for the SBE and PRO versions, also available to the Lite, where a basic email only level of support will do. For a small monthly fee the user is entitled to the use of the software, to all the latest updates and to our support team via email only.
- Software Lease + Unlimited Telephone + VNC Support - First 3 Years - This is our recommended option. For a relatively small monthly fee the user is entitled to the use of the software, to all the latest updates and to our unlimited support team via telephone and Remote Desktop Assistance. You can also make software modification requests and where we feel them to be of additional value to all of our client base they will be implemented.
- Software Lease + Unlimited Telephone + VNC Support - From Year 4 onwards - This is identical to the above option of the first 3 years but, as we feel that the Client’s needs become less demanding after the first few years, in order to be fairer to our loyal clients, we maintain the same level of support at a hugely discounted rate!
- Software Lease + Unlimited Telephone + VNC Support + Custom modifications - This is our Ultimate option! It is aimed at an elite group of Clients who require their software to constantly update and change to the ever changing needs of their businesses. No one business is the same, even in the same industry! We feel that your competitive advantage needs a very special attention and we will strive to provide you with whatever custom modification you will be needing at an unbelievable speed and a very reasonable cost!
- Client/Server Surcharge per User - versions are subject to an Once Off - Setup fee. This varies in relation to the number of licenses required and covers the Client/Server database engine licenses.
- Multi-Store/Branches/Agent - This is a percentage surcharge based on the size of your business. It is designed to balance the cost of our solution to the complexity of your business needs.
Payments via PayPal
Every month you will get an email containing your invoice summary and a link to a SECURE PayPal transaction page where you will be able to view your final invoice and process the payments via PayPal account (if you have one) or Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard).
At ArtsMagna we value our Clients. Your confidentiality and private payment details are of utmost importance to us. Rather than collecting your banking details ourselves, we prefer that you deal with what we feel is the best Internet Banking Provider, PayPal. PayPal is the preferred payment system chosen by eBay, processing millions of transactions per day. It is, in our opinion the best way to deal with our Clients' payments, even if this comes at an additional cost to us.
